In Conversation with: Amy Liptrot

We’re thrilled to announce that Amy Liptrot, the author of the memoir The Outrun, will be joining us for an evening of conversation at María’s Bookshelf on August 21st.

This book event is your chance to meet the wirter that has inspired the film The Outrun starred by Saoirse Ronan.

About Amy Liptrot 

Amy Liptrop was raised in the Orkney Islands, Scotland. Her memoir, The Outrun, tells the story of her addiction and her joiurney back home after living in London.  In Orkney, she begins her healing journey connecting with nature and with herself.

 The Outrun is a memorir, a meditation on nature and a powerful story on resilience and the healing power of nature.
